📋 Recruitment Guidance

Please follow this process when inviting YouTube channels to join the network, if you have any questions about this process after reading this document then please send a message in the #staff-chat channel in our discord server and another staff member will advise.

Network Members

Reaching out to Channels

1) Find a slowed channel that uploads regularly and sounds decent, a tip for finding channels is to search YouTube for any of the following and filter to uploaded today:

‘Slowed’
‘Slowed and Reverb’
‘Slowed + Reverb’
‘Slowed & Reverb’

2) Check that the channel isn't already on this spreadsheet to avoid us emailing the same channel more than once:

3) Fill in all fields for the channel onto the above spreadsheet.

4) Send an email from support@reverbslowed.com like the following to the channel, you can normally find their email address on their about page or video descriptions:

Hey **{CHANNEL NAME}**,

I like the look of your YouTube channel so I wanted to invite you to join our Slowed - Reverb network if you're interested.

As a member, we'll feature your videos on our website, https://www.reverbslowed.com. It's a great way to promote your channel and gain more visibility.

All we ask in return is that you include a link to our website in your video descriptions going forward.

Our network currently has 39 slowed + reverb YouTube channels which combined have a total of 235,877 subscribers and 241,759,756 views!

IMPORTANT:

Only send a maximum of 10 invitation emails per day to prevent our emails getting flagged as SPAM. Please check the sent folder before sending any emails to ensure that no one else has already sent 10 on the current date.

Responding to Replies to our Invitation Emails

If a channel replies asking questions, then please reply with the answers, if you would like any help with how to respond to questions channels ask or you get a question that you don’t know the answer to, then please send a message in the #staff-chat channel on our discord with the email the channel has sent us, and another staff member will help provide a response to send.

If a channel responses to our email saying that they would like to join the network then please send them a reply like the following:

Hi **{CHANNEL NAME}**,

We are thrilled to have you join us as a member of our Slowed - Reverb network! 🎉

To help our community thrive, we require members to add the following text to all their (new) YouTube video descriptions:

By including this text in your video descriptions, you can help spread the word about our community and attract more slowed reverb enthusiasts. And as our community grows, you will have even more opportunities to connect with other fans, discover new music, and expand your own channel and audience.

After a successful trial period your videos will be automatically added to the website, we will contact you to let you know once this has been done.

We are excited to have you as a part of our community, and we believe that your talent and creativity will add value to our network. Thank you for choosing the ReverbSlowed.com Network, and we look forward to working with you! 😊

If a channel responds declining our invitation then send them the following reply:

Thanks for getting back to us and we’re sorry to hear you’re not interested in joining our network.

Is there any particular reason why you do not want to join the network?

Perhaps we can pursue you in some other way.

Discord Communication

If someone joins the discord server asking to become a network member ask them to open an Apply for Network ticket in the #Support channel with a link to their channel and then leave the ticket for a recruiter to respond to.

Academy Students

Mentorship and resources to help you grow your channel and refine your content.

All we ask in return is that you include a link to our website in your video descriptions going forward.

Our network currently has [X] slowed & reverb YouTube channels with a combined total of [X] subscribers and [X] views. Joining the Academy is a fantastic opportunity to grow your audience, connect with other creators, and take your content to the next level!

Welcome to the Slowed & Reverb Network Academy! 🎉 We are thrilled to have you join our community of aspiring slowed & reverb creators. This program is designed to help you grow your channel, refine your skills, and connect with fellow creators as you work toward reaching 100 subscribers and qualifying for full network membership.

To help both your channel and our community thrive, we require all Academy participants to add the following text to the description of their new future videos:

By including this text, you’ll help spread the word about our community, increase visibility for the network, and attract more slowed & reverb fans. This benefits everyone and contributes to the growth of your own audience as well!

How the Academy Works

As an Academy Student, you can participate in the #academy-students channel on our Discord server to connect with others, share ideas, and find support.
Need feedback on your work? Visit the #feedback channel to get input from mentors and community members.
Once you reach 100 subscribers and meet our quality standards, you’ll be eligible for full network membership, including advanced promotional opportunities and video features on the website and socials.
