Compliance Issues

This section explains the rules and steps to ensure our network follows the right guidelines. It will help you handle problems like members not including our website link, not including valid automation hashtags in video descriptions, or ignoring direct messages from staff. These mistakes may seem small but can cause bigger issues for our brand and network. This section provides clear steps to fix these problems, who to report them to, and includes message templates that you can send to our members to address these issues quickly and professionally.

If you ever go to message a network member and they haven't responded to your previous message then please notify the community manager and don't message them again until the member has responded to you.

Not Including Website Link

If a network member has uploaded a video but hasn't included our website link then send them the following message:

'Hey Name, I've noticed that this video hasn't been added onto the website as you've forgotten to included our website link; Video Link Please could you edit the video description to include our website link as previously agreed and confirm once done and we'll check to ensure it's correct and confirm back to you.'

Missing Playlist Hashtag

If a network member has uploaded a video but hasn't included a playlist hashtag then send them the following message:

'Hey Name, I've noticed that this video hasn't been added onto the website as you've forgotten to include an automation playlist hashtag; Video Link Please read this page: https://wiki.reverbslowed.com/member-guidance/featuring-videos

Once you've read that page please could you edit the video description to include one and confirm once done and we'll check to ensure it's correct and confirm back to you.'

Invalid Playlist Hashtag

If a network member has uploaded a video but has put a playlist hashtag which isn't valid then send them the following message:

'Hey Name, I've noticed that this video hasn't been added onto the website as you've used an invalid playlist hashtag; Video Link

Once you've read that page please could you edit the video description to include a valid playlist hashtag and confirm once done and we'll check to ensure it's correct and confirm back to you.'

Enabling Automation

Send the following message to a network member when enabling automation for their channel:

'Hey Name,

Thank you for your continued support in including our website link in your video descriptions, I’ve enabled automation for your channel so you no longer need to submit your videos on the form to be added onto the reverbslowed.com website. 😊
