Adding a network member can only be done by a recruiter, community manager or developer.
To add a new network member press the '+ Add new member' button in the top left of the page:
Then enter in the network member's information, leave the 'Automaticaly Synchronize music' field to 'No' unless they already have own another YouTube channel in the network. This option will be enabled later once they've been compliancing for a couple of weeks.
To edit details of a network member, press the pencil edit button to the right of their name and the same details as above will be displayed for you to amend.
If a member has left or been removed from the network, they can be removed by pressing the bin delete button to the right of their name:
